Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for getting the goods back to us, including any postage costs. You are responsible for insuring the return. Please ensure you have a tracking number.
Gift Vouchers are not returnable/refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and we only refund the original purchaser.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
